Specific nutrients support the health of the thyroid and production of the hormones T3 & T4:
Iodine is a component of T3 & T4 – provided by the sea vegetables Kelp, Irish Moss, Bladderwrack.
Selenium, required for the conversion of T4 to T3, is found in these seaweeds.
L-Tyrosine is a structural part of both T3 & T4.
Manganese is required for T4 production.
Chromium for energy metabolism.

DIRECTIONS:
