Pantothenic acid nourishes the adrenal glands, the stress centers of the body. Pantothenic acid is an integral part of co-enzyme A which starts the Krebs energy production cycle in mitochondria, where cellular energy is produced in the form of ATP (Adenosine triphosphate). Hormone production is one of the body’s “high energy” processes, requiring optimal nutrition.

Vitamin B6, iodine, manganese, chromium and L-tyrosine are all necessary for a healthy thyroid to manufacture thyroxin and triiodothyronine. These are the vital hormone messengers that stimulate and help regulate your metabolism.
